First Point offers excellent services and I don’t hesitate to refer a friend or colleague.Initially I had booked with St Johns Ambulance to take up nurse aid certificate but when I was advised of First Point , I forego the dollars that I had paid just to grab this special care certificate with Fist Point. These are typical UK Standards that even if you decide not to do them here in Zimbabwe,you will do them once you are in the UK. Their services are flamboyant and please don’t waste time, in two days time days time you will be done ,very intense, no attachment.Once you have the certificate and all the other required documentation, then you are good to start your application processes for care vacancies. Also besides offering this most sought certificate,First Point is certified English test centre and they can link you with prospective employers and set interviews after being coached by them. In conclusion if you are yet to contact First Point for these services, please do cause you might delay your move to the UK.

Learning at this place was actually fun. There was so much enlightening information to some of us who had been misguided earlier. Understand the roles of a care worker was also helpful and the most thing to consider as a carer is confidentiality. Also knowing your rights as a worker and reporting issues like the needs of a resident are not being perfectly met (reporting internally).

Personally I had a wonderful time of learning more about care, first aid, different diseases and food handling within a short period of time. Iam so grateful for the lectures we received form our trainer Mr Israel and his patience in teaching. I also enjoyed the practicals. Within just two days after we wrote our exams I received my care certificate from first point. For everyone who is still wondering which course to take for care, I invite you first point CTS.
